Services & Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or directly through chat or phone.
Booking an appointment by phone is not always easy because I am normally working with a client.
Every client is given the same consideration – I do not accept phone calls during appointments unless it is an emergency.
Service results may vary per client due to natural lash health, eye shape, and aftercare.
Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, tap-to-pay, and approved financing options (such as “buy now, pay later” during your in person checkout). Buy now, pay later pre-approval is available upon request – (text: “BNPL” to (717)913-4785 to receive the link.
(pre-approval link can only be sent if an appointment has been scheduled)
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
For sanitation and safety, retail products are not be eligible for return or exchange.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or eye sensitivities prior to service.
Flaunt & Flutter Lashery is not responsible for adverse reactions that result from withheld information.
Intellectual Property

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.
