Welcome to Flaunt & Flutter Lashery — where every detail is designed for your comfort and flawless results. This page explains how to arrive prepared, what to expect, and how to care for your lashes afterward.
Quick Checklist (all appointments)
Arrive with clean eyes: no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or under-eye cream/oil.
Avoid oils for 24 hours on and around the eye area (cleansers, serums, SPF).
Limit caffeine 2–3 hours before (helps you relax, reduces eye fluttering and restlessness).
Silence your phone gentle music will be played to help you relax.
Contacts: OK to wear, but bring a case if you decide to remove them for comfort.
Sick or symptomatic? Please reschedule — we’ll find you a new time.
Bad weather? Send a Message to reschedule up to 45 minutes before your appointment.
Lash Extensions (Full Sets & Fills)
The day before:
Wash lashes thoroughly; avoid any waterproof makeup.
Try to avoid heavy night creams around the eyes.
Day of:
Arrive completely makeup-free on the eyes and lids.
No strip lashes, magnetic liner, or lash glue residue.
Bring inspiration photos if you have a preferred look (natural, wispy, soft glam).
During your service:
We’ll do a custom consultation + mapping, deep cleanse, and precise application using premium adhesive for immediate set and premium retention.
After your service:
With our adhesive system, your lashes are water-safe immediately.
Clean and brush your lash extensions daily with a foam lash wash.
Your daily cleaning ritual maintains your shape and fluffy or wispy look.Avoid oils along with heat/steam near the eyes.
Refills every 2–3 weeks keep your design full and balanced.
For refills, please arrive with 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise, a rebuild/full set may be needed.
Lash Lift + Semi-Permanent Tint
24 hours before
Avoid waterproof mascara and lash curlers.
No oil-based products on lids/lashes.
Day of
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Results last up to 6 weeks.
Aftercare (first 24 hours)
Keep lashes dry and avoid steam/sauna and heavy eye creams.
After 24h: brush daily and keep the eye area clean and hydrated (eye moisturizer recommended to nourish lashes).
Model Sessions (Extensions or Lift + Tint)

What to expect
Appointments may take longer than standard sessions:
Extensions: up to 3 hours, plus time for light makeup/photos.
Lift + Tint:75–90 minutes, plus photo time.
Same premium products, mapping, and care as full-price services.
How to arrive
Eyes clean and makeup-free.
Bring a few makeup essentials (tinted moisturizer, brow gel, blush, lip) to create a soft, everyday look after your service for photos.
Consent form provided prior to arrival; your comfort and privacy are always respected.

Health, Sensitivities & Patch Testing
If you’ve experienced sensitivity in the past or are concerned about sensitivity to adhesives/tints, request a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Recent eye procedures, infections, or active eye/skin irritation: please wait until fully cleared by your provider.
What to Bring / Nice-to-Have
Light sweater or socks (you’ll be comfy in a chocolate-brown leather recliner).
Freshly cleaned, soft & cozy blankets are always available.Photo inspiration if you have a lash look in mind. We will discuss what your natural lashes can handle.
Contact lens case and solution to remove lenses.
Payment & Policies
Payment: credit/debit, tap-to-pay, gift certificates, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm.
If you’re running late, message as soon as possible — we’ll do our best within the remaining time, but rescheduling may be necessary.

Essential Lash Care Kit (Included) – Lash wash + cleaning brush, disposable mascara wands.
Premium Lash Care Kit ($45.00) – Available to order. Includes: Lash wash, cleansing brushes, disposable mascara wands, rinse bottle, rechargeable fan for quick drying and reshaping, satin sleep mask designed for extension wearers, plus mystery bonus goodies.
Pre-order your premium kit at checkout to keep your results fresh and long-lasting. Kit will be available at your next scheduled appointment. Premium kits must be ordered 72 hours before your appointment.
