Booking Policies

At Flaunt & Flutter Lashery, booking is designed to be simple and stress-free. Please review our policies before scheduling:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another client.

  • There are no cancellation fees and no deposits required.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy the full length of your appointment.

  • If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted to fit within the scheduled time.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, tap-to-pay, digital wallets, and “buy now, pay later” options at checkout.

4. Refills

  • Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash look.

  • Clients must arrive with at least 40% of their extensions remaining.

  • Clients arriving with less than 40% retention or who are 3+ weeks past their last appointment will be charged the Extended Refill rate ($125) or may be required to book a full set.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results. Care instructions will be provided after your appointment.

  • Flaunt & Flutter Lashery is not responsible for retention issues resulting from poor aftercare.

6. Children & Guests

  • To keep the environment safe and relaxing, children and additional guests are not permitted.
