At Flaunt & Flutter Lashery, booking is designed to be simple and stress-free. Please review our policies before scheduling:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another client.
There are no cancellation fees and no deposits required.
2. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full length of your appointment.
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted to fit within the scheduled time.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept credit/debit cards, tap-to-pay, digital wallets, and “buy now, pay later” options at checkout.
4. Refills
Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash look.
Clients must arrive with at least 40% of their extensions remaining.
Clients arriving with less than 40% retention or who are 3+ weeks past their last appointment will be charged the Extended Refill rate ($125) or may be required to book a full set.
5. Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results. Care instructions will be provided after your appointment.
Flaunt & Flutter Lashery is not responsible for retention issues resulting from poor aftercare.
6. Children & Guests
To keep the environment safe and relaxing, children and additional guests are not permitted.
