Choose the fill that matches the time since your last appointment: two, three, four or five weeks. Each booking option includes its timing and retention requirements. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact me before booking. I’m always happy to help.
How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions shed naturally as your natural lashes complete their growth cycle. Regular fills help keep your set looking balanced and the provided aftercare can support good retention.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

Your set is customized to your natural lashes and proper application and aftercare matter. Avoid pulling, picking, rubbing or even touching your extensions. Following the care instructions provided after your appointment will extend the life of your investment.
What adhesive system do you use?

I use an LED light-curing system for lash extension application. (This is not the same as UV light-curing systems). It may be a more comfortable option for some clients with sensitive eyes, but it is not allergy-proof. Please contact me before booking if you’ve experienced a reaction to lash adhesives.
Can I get my lashes wet after my appointment?

Yes. The LED light-curing system allows your lashes to get wet immediately after your appointment. Continue to cleanse and care for them as directed.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. you’re welcome to bring inspiration photos to help explain the look you want. Clean, soft blankets are available for for your comfort.
What should I expect at my first lash appointment?

We’ll start with a brief consultation to discuss your desired look and choose a style that suits your natural lashes and eye shape. Then you can settle in and relax while I create your custom set. Your appointment time depends on the service you book.
Do you offer lash lift and tints?

Yes. A lash lift curls your natural lashes and a tint adds definition kind of like mascara. These services are available to book through the lash services page.
How do I choose between extensions and a lash lift + tint?

Extensions add length and fullness. A lift + tint enhances your natural lashes without extensions. The best choice depends on the look you want and your natural lashes.
How long do the lash lift and tint results last?

Results vary with your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Many clients enjoy their results for several weeks. (6-8 weeks)
What is the deposit and rescheduling policy?

A $10-$25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
